Snow House Yogurt.

Let’s face it, Texas is a hot place. Electric companies and public pools in the state thrive on that fact through most of the year. People are willing to do almost anything just to cool off. One of the most popular (and tasty) ways of keeping cool is with frozen yogurt. As tasty as ice cream, but easier on the calories and sugar, yogurt is steadily becoming the nutrition-minded public’s favorite treat.
Standing out among the masses of yogurt shops in the Austin area is Snow House, located on Far West Boulevard. Since our opening early in 2010, Snow House has become a lively hangout spot for elementary through college students, providing an upbeat and refreshing after-school environment. It’s the perfect place to go after work and fill a bowl to take home for later. You can even stop by and take a breather from your daily dog-walk with some sorbet and a drink for your furry friend.
Comfortable leather couches litter the main dining room, soft lights set an enchanting glow about the restaurant, and on the walls hang original contemporary paintings by local artists. Relaxing music – chosen based on recommendations by our customers – set a comfortable mood that is ideal for enjoying an afternoon treat. Any one of our friendly staff will always be happy to answer your questions, recommend their favorite flavor, or simply stop and have a conversation with you.
From Roasted Almond to Pink Grapefruit, Snow House hosts 16 rotating flavors at any one time, and over 30 different toppings to choose from. Each of Snow House’s products are made in-store, using all-natural and fat-free ingredients by our talented staff. Would you like to know if your favorite flavor is being offered before you make the trip? Visit Snow House on Facebook weekly to see what new flavors have been added to the lineup.
Whether you’re craving a chilly dessert after dinner, a low-fat reward for a tough workout, or a late-night snack with your friends, you will find that Snow House offers a nutritious, delicious way to treat yourself to something good.
